About the Foundation

Raising Job Creators,
Not Job Seekers.

ROZANS Empowerment Foundation was founded to tackle unemployment and dependency by building a generation of self-reliant entrepreneurs across Nigeria.

Our Story

From a Vision to a
Registered Movement

ROZANS Empowerment Foundation was established by Ogunrinde Razaq Oladayo with a clear mandate: to equip youths and women with the practical tools, mentorship, and networks they need to build sustainable businesses and independent futures.

Established in 2023, the Foundation operates at the intersection of education, economic empowerment, and community development.

We believe empowerment must be practical. That is why every programme we design is rooted in real community needs with a strong emphasis on accountability, measurable outcomes, and long-term impact.

The Vision Behind
The Foundation

Ogunrinde Razaq Oladayo founded ROZANS Empowerment Foundation with the conviction that access to opportunity not talent is what separates those who succeed from those who don't.

Having witnessed first-hand how talented Nigerian youths and women are held back by systemic barriers, lack of mentorship, and absence of networks, he built ROZANS as a practical solution: a platform that provides everything a first-generation entrepreneur needs to get started and keep going.

His leadership is defined by a commitment to accountability and results. Every programme is designed to be impactful, every rupee tracked, and every life changed documented.
