Focused On

Practical, measurable impact.

Our Vision

A Nigeria where every youth and woman has access to the resources, knowledge, and support needed to thrive independently, free from the cycle of poverty and dependency.

What We Believe

Real empowerment is hands-on and measurable. We partner with local leaders, private sector players, and volunteers to design programs that respond to actual community needs, built around accountability, sustainability, and long-term impact.

"We don't just invest in individuals. We invest in families, communities, and the next generation."

What We Do

Three Pillars of Empowerment

01

Mentorship & Skills Training

Life-changing mentorship for members and youths, paired with hands-on training in diverse entrepreneurial skills. We build tailored programmes for women, youths, and marginalised communities to bridge every access gap.

  • One-on-one and group mentorship
  • Vocational and digital skills training
  • Tailored curricula for marginalised groups
02

Access & Community

We remove the barriers keeping talented people on the sidelines through an online platform, co-working spaces, business tools, and curated events that connect members to entrepreneurs, peers, and investors.

  • Online forum: ideas, resources & opportunities
  • Co-working spaces and business tools
  • Workshops, conferences & networking events
03

Advocacy & Impact

We raise awareness of entrepreneurship as a driver of economic and social change, and advocate for fair policies that give small businesses and first-time entrepreneurs a genuine chance to grow.

  • Policy advocacy for small business growth
  • Community-wide awareness campaigns
  • Support to address systemic entry barriers

From Our Founder

A Message from
Ogunrinde Razaq Oladayo

I started this foundation because I've seen what happens when talented youths and determined women are locked out of opportunity not by lack of ability, but by lack of access.

Every person carries the seed of greatness. What they often need is the right soil: mentorship, skills, and a community that believes in them. That is why ROZANS exists.

We are not here to give handouts. We are here to build entrepreneurs to open doors to networks, technology, and spaces where ideas grow into businesses. And to make sure that women, youths, and marginalised communities are never left behind.
